Please select ‘Change of Journey – new journey booked’ as the reason when submitting your refund claim and also provide your new Booking Reference number. We already allow for fee free changes as part of our commitment to you, but until 30th September you can return your Advance ticket to us in exchange for a digital or paper Rail Travel Voucher for use on any future journey or purchase.
